Before installing the eSIM, please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data to scan the QR code or manually enter the details to add the mobile plan.

Please follow the instructions for installation. Do not exit the screen during the process to avoid the phone misidentifying the action and deleting the eSIM plan.

Each QR code can only be scanned by one device once and cannot be changed after binding.

If an error message appears after scanning, it does not mean the eSIM is invalid. Please restart your device and check if the eSIM is bound to your phone in the mobile service settings, or contact Customer Support for assistance. Do not scan other QR codes, as this may cause duplicate binding and invalidate the eSIM.

The eSIM can be kept for 180 days before scanning. Once scanned, it must be activated within 30 days. It will automatically expire after this period and cannot be refunded or extended.

For iPhone users, please delete any existing profiles (Check: Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. If no profile is listed, it is normal) to ensure the service works properly.

If the eSIM plan is not fully used or is deleted without confirmation from Customer Support, it cannot be reissued or refunded.

The day you scan the QR code counts as the first day of your usage period. We recommend scanning and installing it before departure or upon arrival to avoid early activation. One day is defined as ending at midnight (GMT+8), not a 24-hour period.

Before purchasing, please ensure your phone and its operating system support eSIM. Refunds cannot be provided if the device is incompatible.

Network quality varies by country and base station density is not as high as in Taiwan. Regional differences and infrastructure variations exist in every country; refunds cannot be provided due to signal conditions in specific areas. If you experience poor signal, you can manually switch carriers: Network Selection/Carrier > Turn off Automatic > Search and select a different carrier.

If you are unable to use the service upon arrival, please use airport or local Wi-Fi to contact our LINE Customer Support. After-sales service cannot be provided after you return to your home country.

Actual signal and connection speed may vary depending on location, terrain, weather, building obstruction, number of users, network system, or terminal equipment. If 5G is not supported locally or by your device, it will automatically switch to 4G.

This product uses an international roaming IP. Some apps on Android phones may not work due to the IP location (e.g., TikTok, Alipay, Amap, Meituan, Mini Programs, etc.).
