Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If excessive data is consumed in a short period, the telecom provider reserves the right to regulate traffic, which may result in temporary speed throttling or disconnection. We recommend turning off automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair Internet access for all users at all times, every telecom provider has a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to regulate network traffic. If a user consumes excessive data in a short period in a congested area, causing inconvenience to others, the telecom provider may impose temporary speed throttling. We cannot intervene in this process, and your mobile data may be temporarily affected. To ensure stable usage, please avoid activities that consume large amounts of data, such as streaming videos for long periods or updating software.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by factors such as location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges incurred by using your original mobile network.
