- iPhones purchased in China do not support eSIM. For iPhones purchased in Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE2, and iPhone XS support eSIM; other models do not. Please confirm the region where your phone was purchased before ordering.
- Samsung S20 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in the US do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in Hong Kong do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 purchased in Korea does not support eSIM.
- Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 has eSIM functionality, it is not stable, and we do not recommend purchasing it.

Purchase Notice
- Please check if your phone model is compatible with this product. No refunds will be provided if the product cannot be used due to failure to verify compatibility.
- Samsung phones vary by region; please check the list of countries supporting eSIM before purchasinglist.
- iOS 12.1 or later is required. iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM. Some iPhones from Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM.
Reminders
Each QR code can only be scanned once by one device. Do not remove or change the binding after activation.
To remove the eSIM after use, go to your phone's eSIM settings and tap Remove Mobile Plan at the bottom.
Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). The carrier reserves the right to restrict speed or disconnect the service if excessive data is used in a short period. We recommend turning off automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair network service for all users at all times, every carrier has its own Fair Usage Policy. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short time, causing others to be unable to use the service normally, the carrier may temporarily throttle the speed. We cannot intervene in this process, and your mobile data may be temporarily affected. To ensure normal usage, please avoid long periods of video streaming or updating software that consumes large amounts of data.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, usage volume, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your home carrier.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
