- iPhones purchased in China do not support eSIM. For iPhones purchased in Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE2, and iPhone XS support eSIM; other models do not. Please confirm the country of purchase before booking.
- Samsung S20 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in the US do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in Hong Kong do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 purchased in South Korea does not support eSIM.
- Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 has eSIM functionality, it is currently unstable; we do not recommend purchasing it.

- iOS 12.1 or later is required. iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM. Some phones sold in Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM.
Reminders
Each QR code can only be scanned once by one device. Do not remove or transfer the eSIM after binding.
To stop using the service, you can remove the eSIM plan by selecting [Remove Mobile Data Plan] at the bottom of your phone's eSIM settings.
Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If excessive data is consumed in a short period, the carrier reserves the right to restrict usage, which may result in temporary speed throttling or disconnection. We recommend disabling automatic app updates and video autoplay on your device.
To ensure fair access to mobile network services for all users at all times, every telecom operator has a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, causing network congestion for others, the telecom operator may impose temporary speed throttling. We cannot intervene in this process, and your mobile network may be temporarily affected. To ensure stable usage, please avoid long periods of video streaming or software updates that consume large amounts of data.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, number of users, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your home carrier.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
