For real-name registration eSIM packages, you must complete the identity verification process before use. If you have concerns about this, please choose a no-real-name registration package. The verification is used solely for identity authentication, and your personal data will not be used for any other purposes.
Once the QR code is scanned and the order is successfully downloaded, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
eSIM installation requires an Internet connection. Please install it while connected to stable Wi-Fi or mobile data (some airport Wi-Fi may cause installation failure).
Each QR code can be scanned once. The same device can scan it repeatedly, but once bound, it cannot be transferred to another device or deleted.
Please use the eSIM within 90 days of receipt; it will expire after this period.
Please scan and install the eSIM only after arriving at your destination to avoid starting the validity period early.
Before using the eSIM, be sure to turn off data roaming for your home SIM card to avoid high international roaming charges caused by accidental use of your home mobile data. You are responsible for any such charges, and no subsidies will be provided, including roaming fees, overseas SIM/eSIM purchase costs, or transportation expenses.
Dial *#06# on your phone to check for eSIM compatibility. If an EID is displayed, your device supports eSIM; if not, it is not supported.
iOS 12.1 or later is required. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS are eSIM-compatible.
Samsung phone versions vary by country. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please check with the official Samsung website first.
This eSIM product supports local 5G network access. Mobile signal (5G/4G/LTE) availability depends on local carrier coverage. In remote areas, indoors, basements, or suburbs, you may only receive 4G/LTE signals. This is normal and not a defect of the eSIM card itself. Please use it with confidence.
To maintain network quality and adhere to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecom companies worldwide may restrict data usage for users who consume large amounts of data in a short period, which may result in Internet disconnection or slower speeds. To ensure normal connectivity, please avoid long-term video streaming or downloading, software updates, hotspot sharing, or other high-bandwidth activities.
