- iPhones purchased in mainland China do not support eSIM. For iPhones purchased in Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE2, and iPhone XS support eSIM; other models are not supported. Please confirm the place of purchase before booking.
- Samsung S20 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in the United States do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in Hong Kong do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 purchased in South Korea does not support eSIM.

- iOS 12.1 or later is required. iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. Some iPhones sold in Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM.
Reminders
Each QR code can only be scanned once by one device. Do not remove or change the eSIM after it has been bound to your device.
To stop using the service, go to your phone's eSIM settings and tap Remove Mobile Plan at the bottom.
Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If data usage spikes due to excessive consumption in a short period, the carrier reserves the right to regulate traffic, which may result in temporary speed throttling or disconnection. We recommend turning off automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair Internet access for all users at all times, every telecom provider implements a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to regulate data consumption. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, the provider may temporarily throttle the connection speed. We cannot intervene in this process, and your Internet connection may be affected. To ensure stable usage, please avoid streaming videos or updating software for long periods, as these activities consume large amounts of data.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, the number of users, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your home carrier.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
