- basic safety rules
- correct stance on the board
Then it's time to get in the water!
Through practical exercises, you will learn to find balance and stability on the board until you can paddle independently.
During the lesson, you will learn:
- how to move easily on the water

- how to improve balance and strength without unnecessary effort
