Product Info

Begin your adventure with pickup from your Calgary hotel, airport-area hotel, or selected Calgary address. After a short safety briefing, set off on a scenic wildlife-focused journey towards Canmore, Bow Valley, and Banff National Park.

Travel through selected wildlife-viewing routes where possible sightings may include elk, deer, coyotes, bighorn sheep, or bears depending on the season and natural conditions. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, as animals move freely in their natural habitat.

Continue through Banff’s scenic wildlife corridors and stop only at safe, legal pullouts. Guests must remain inside the vehicle where required and follow all guide instructions for wildlife safety. Enjoy short photo stops and easy-access nature areas where forests, valleys, rivers, and mountain views create excellent sightseeing opportunities.

Stop for lunch in Banff town or bring packed food. Food must be stored properly and never left unattended in wildlife areas. The route may be adjusted on the day depending on weather, road conditions, closures, wildlife activity, and permitted access.

An optional short nature walk or easy hike of up to 35 minutes may be offered only when conditions are safe and guests are comfortable. Possible walking areas may include Cascade Ponds, Bow River viewpoints, easy lakeshore paths, forest-edge trails, or another safe route selected by the guide.

Guests carrying bear spray must know how to use it and keep it accessible during any walking section. The guide may cancel the walk if there is fresh wildlife activity, poor weather, closures, or any safety concern.

Enjoy a final scenic wildlife route before returning to Calgary.

If the activity is cancelled by the supplier due to unsafe weather, road closures, force majeure, operational issues, or any other supplier-related reason, guests will be offered a full refund. Rescheduling or an alternative date may be offered when available, but it will not replace the guest’s right to receive a full refund for a supplier cancellation.
