Product Info

From the meeting point in front of the Tourist Information Office in the Falkenhaus on the Oberer Markt, the guided tour passes by the Gothic Marienkapelle, the Town Hall and the Vierröhrenbrunnen to the Alte Mainbrücke. It is one of the most important connecting routes in the city area and has always brought people from all over the world to and through Würzburg. For about 300 years, 12 bridge figures have adorned the niches on both sides: they would like to be – but not all of them are saints. The tradition of "Brückenschoppen" is much younger.

With a glass of Franconian mulled wine or non-alcoholic punch, you can enjoy the incomparable atmosphere at Würzburg's most convivial meeting point during the winter season. With a view of the Marienberg Fortress, the Cathedral, the Käppele and the "Würzburger Stein", you will learn many interesting details about the history of Würzburg and can get in a wonderful mood for an enjoyable weekend in the city.
