  • Know Before You Go: The tour takes place even in light rain, as it is possible to move into the historic buildings if necessary. Remember to bring an umbrella if needed.

  • Know Before You Go: Since we will be walking through the historic grounds of the open-air museum, flat, comfortable shoes are ideal.

  • Know Before You Go: The Thuringian farmhouses have uneven natural paths, cobblestones and historic door thresholds in places. The tour is therefore only partially suitable for wheelchairs and strollers (please inquire in advance if necessary).
