Product Info

Discover the art of Tunisian pottery during a creative 2-hour workshop in a local ceramic studio in Sousse. Enjoy a hands-on experience where you can work with clay, learn basic pottery techniques and create your own unique ceramic piece with guidance from a local artisan.

Your experience begins with pickup from your accommodation in Sousse, Monastir or Hammamet, depending on your selected option. Upon arrival at the workshop, meet the local artisans and discover their workspace, tools and traditional ceramic techniques.

Get your hands in the clay and learn how to shape it on the pottery wheel. Your instructor will guide you step by step, making this experience suitable for beginners and travelers with no previous pottery experience.

After creating your piece, explore the artistic side of ceramics by adding your own decorative touches. Enjoy the relaxed and authentic atmosphere of the workshop while learning more about Tunisian craftsmanship and local ceramic traditions.

Throughout the experience, you will have plenty of opportunities to take photos and enjoy a memorable cultural activity away from the usual tourist attractions.

At the end of the workshop, finish your creation and say goodbye to your local hosts. If your chosen option includes firing or collection of the finished piece, your host will explain the process and arrangements.

This experience is ideal for couples, families, friends, solo travelers and anyone looking for a fun and authentic way to discover Tunisian culture through creativity and craftsmanship.
