◎ Bookings must be made at least 3 working days before the departure date. Last-minute bookings are not accepted.
◎ The minimum group size is 2 people. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified of the cancellation via email 1 day before departure.
◎ To arrange local travel agency liability insurance (coverage and claims standards are subject to local Vietnamese insurance regulations), please ensure all passenger information is filled out accurately. To ensure your travel rights, it is strongly recommended that travelers from Taiwan purchase their own 'Overseas Travel Insurance' and 'Overseas Emergency Medical Insurance' before departure for comprehensive and immediate protection.
◎ If you have any special requirements (diet/stroller/wheelchair, etc.), please inform us in the remarks column when booking.
◎ You must provide the representative's name, local Vietnamese phone number (if available), email address, and messaging app ID.
◎ Once the tour is confirmed, cancellations, changes, or refund requests due to personal reasons cannot be accepted. If a cancellation is necessary due to special circumstances, we will assist in checking for refundable items; however, any costs already incurred or non-refundable fees must be borne by the traveler.

Reminders
◎ Please arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes in advance. No waiting for late arrivals to avoid delaying the rest of the itinerary.
◎ When visiting temples or pagodas, it is recommended to wear pants or skirts that cover the knees to avoid overly revealing clothing.
◎ When taking a boat during the tour, please wear a life jacket at all times and follow the instructions of the staff.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
