♠ Notes

1. You must remain seated while on the speedboat. Please sit in the back, as sitting in the front may cause back injuries.

2. Marine sports are not recommended for the elderly or those with health conditions. When participating in marine sports, you must follow the detailed safety instructions provided by the guide.

3. If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, a full refund will be provided. The decision is made by the boat owner, not the customer. In case of tour cancellation, we will notify you separately via KakaoTalk.

4. We will make a brief stop for parasailing on the way to Coral Island. Even if you are not participating in parasailing, you must get off the boat. Once those participating in parasailing are finished, everyone will board the boat together to head to Coral Island.

5. Marine sports can be booked in advance at the price stage, or paid for directly on-site.

6. It is convenient to wear slippers and have your swimsuit on under your clothes. You can shower after returning to your hotel.

7. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in Korea. For your safety, travel insurance is mandatory when touring Southeast Asian islands.

8. Marine sports prices are subject to change without prior notice. You can receive guidance and use the services directly from the guide on Coral Island.

9. It is convenient to keep your passport and valuables in the hotel safe. On Coral Island, your guide will keep your belongings for you, so there is no need to worry.

10. The above itinerary is approximate and may be faster or slower depending on the situation on the day.

11. For island conservation purposes, beach chairs are not provided on Wednesdays; mats will be provided instead.

12. For safety reasons, use is not recommended for children under 36 months or adults over 70 years old.

13. The tour will proceed even if it rains. If the boat cannot depart due to severe weather, we will contact you in advance to offer a date change or a full refund.

14. While this product includes snorkeling in the itinerary, Coral Island is not an ideal location for snorkeling.

15. For those who booked a marine sports package, if you are unable to use the services due to bad weather on the day, we will provide a partial refund of 200 THB for parasailing, 150 THB for jet skiing, and 100 THB for the banana boat.

16. An SUV taxi will be assigned for 1-3 people, and a van will be assigned for 4 or more people.

17. The water in Pattaya is not sticky. It is convenient to shower at your hotel after returning.

18. Paid showers (approximately 50 THB per person) are available on the island, but towels and toiletries are not provided.

19. This product is not recommended for those looking for a relaxing time on the island.

20. This is an activity-oriented island tour product, so it is not recommended for those who want to spend leisurely time on the island.

♠ Precautions for Marine Sports

1. Those who have booked the jet ski activity will ride for about 5 minutes and must be accompanied by a guide. If you do not ride with a guide, 

   you will be 100% responsible for any accidents that occur, and the local travel agency will not provide compensation. Repair costs are quite high, so you must ride with a guide to prevent such issues.

2. For your safety, we recommend not participating in parasailing when it is very windy.

3. When boarding the speedboat, those with back problems or the elderly must never sit at the front of the boat and must remain seated during transit.

4. If you wish to add extra parasailing rounds, you can pay 400 THB per person per round directly to the guide.

5. Parasailing is not available for those weighing over 100kg or those with surgical scars or wounds on their legs.

6. Please be sure to follow the guide's instructions on the island and refrain from acting individually.

7. Participation in marine sports may be restricted for elderly guests.

8. This product includes insurance based on Thai law; we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in Korea.
