- If you bring your own design or purchase a larger canvas, please consider whether you are willing to accept potential overtime fees or the need for an additional session or sessions to complete the work.
- Acrylic paint may stain clothing and is difficult to wash off. Although the studio provides aprons for participants, there is still a possibility of accidental staining.

Notes
It is recommended to wear dark-colored clothing or clothes you do not mind getting dirty on the day of the event.
If you need to reschedule, please cancel your ticket and rebook, or contact us to make a note! No cancellations or refunds will be accepted within ten days prior to the event date.
Participation is limited to ticket holders only. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate.
Doors open 15 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please do not be late. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be provided.
Participants must comply with venue rules and follow the instructor's directions. Any damage caused by violations will be the responsibility of the participant.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Muke will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
If you discontinue participation for reasons not attributable to Muke Studio, no refund will be provided.
If a class is canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Muke will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the cancellation and refund policy will be based on the official announcements of the local government where the event is held, regardless of the participant's location.
The event will be photographed by the organizer as needed and uploaded to the Muke Studio fan page after the event. The organizer may use photos or videos containing your image for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the studio staff on-site, and we will take note and make special arrangements.

- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
