What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
- Once booked, dates/number of people/ticket types/room types cannot be changed. Please confirm all details, including the number of people and ticket specifications, before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding.
- HSR seats are automatically assigned by the system; we cannot guarantee consecutive seats, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you have a need for consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks field, but actual arrangements remain subject to the system's seat assignment results.
- If you need to change your train, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before the departure date. Changes are limited to one time only; no changes will be accepted within 7 days of the departure date.
- HSR bookings open 29 days before the departure date. You may place an order 29 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that HSR seats will be secured.
- Since HSR tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you may flexibly book up to Sunday's tickets. If your requested itinerary date exceeds the booking window, our order processing staff will prioritize booking your requested train once the booking window opens, but this remains subject to the actual seat availability confirmed by our staff.
- Due to differences in regional and supplier systems, please submit any special requests at the time of order placement. We will forward these to the supplier, but fulfillment depends on the supplier's group status. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies by itinerary; any on-site surcharges are subject to the service provider's policies.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative fees. If an HSR ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other incidental expenses must be settled on-site.
- Child not occupying a bed: This means the child does not occupy a separate bed. If you decide to have 2 children share one bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed. A maximum of 2 children not occupying a bed is allowed (please refer to each product's child definition for specific restrictions). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the booking is complete. You must wait for the order processing staff to confirm and issue a voucher, which indicates a successful booking. If you have any concerns, please do not place the order.
Reminders
Before purchasing this product, please read the booking instructions and related agreements carefully. If the purchaser is not the traveler, the purchaser acts as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the traveler of all itinerary details. Upon clicking 'Agree', the booking instructions and restrictions become legally binding for the traveler, and subsequent claims of ignorance or lack of understanding will not be accepted as a defense.
This project requires a minimum of 20 people to form a group. If the number of participants is insufficient, the HSR reserves the right to cancel the trip.
The tour leader may adjust the order of the itinerary based on factors such as the number of participants on the day, local festivals, or weather conditions.
For those purchasing 'Concession Tickets/Senior Tickets', please ensure you carry valid identification on the day of departure for inspection by HSR station staff. If you fail to present valid identification or if there are discrepancies upon inspection by HSR staff, the HSR reserves the right to refuse your boarding. You will be required to purchase a new HSR ticket to board, and the original HSR Holiday ticket will not be eligible for refunds or returns.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations cannot be used as both the departure and arrival stations for the same trip (e.g., for an itinerary with Taipei Station as the arrival station, Nangang and Banqiao stations cannot be used as the departure station).
The price includes one round-trip standard car reserved seat ticket. The travel date must be the same as the hotel check-in or itinerary start date. A single order is limited to the same departure and destination stations, and passengers must travel on the same train. If a delayed return is required for the itinerary, passengers are responsible for their own hotel return transfer services. This project is for round-trip tickets and cannot be refunded for one-way travel.
The HSR tickets for this project are discounted fares, valid only for the specified date and train, and are non-transferable. They will not be reissued if lost, so please keep them safe. Any tickets that are altered, defaced to the point of being unidentifiable, or photocopied are considered invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to each hotel's policies. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the promotional price is based on limited room availability; actual bookable room types depend on sales status and cannot be changed to other room types.
For departures 29 days or more in advance, please fill in 2-3 preferred HSR train times for both departure and return in the 'Order Remarks'. The actual assigned train times will be subject to confirmation by customer service.

How to Use
－ How to Use THSR Holiday －
- Taiwan High Speed Rail
- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the THSR station.
- THSR bookings are only available for dates within 29 days of travel. If your travel date is beyond 29 days, we will book your tickets and send them once the booking window opens.
- All passengers in the same order must board and alight at the same stations; it is not possible to board or alight at different stations.
- THSR Holiday tickets are special promotional tickets with fixed departure and arrival stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei and stay in a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be provided for getting off at intermediate stations, and any travel beyond the specified stations will require payment of the fare difference as announced by THSR.
- THSR Holiday tickets are discounted tickets valid only for the specified train on the designated date.
－ THSR Holiday Cancellation Notes －
- According to THSR Holiday ticket regulations, no single leg of a round-trip ticket can be refunded.
- All refunds must be processed through KKday; THSR station ticket counters cannot handle refund or exchange requests.
- Note: According to THSR Holiday ticket regulations, if multiple people are booked under the same order, any refund or exchange must be processed for the entire group. Individual refunds or exchanges are not permitted, and a processing fee for all passengers will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience.
－ THSR Holiday Cancellation Policy －
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative processing times, the cancellation policy is based on the text below. Cancellation requests are only accepted daily between 08:30 and 16:00. Requests submitted after hours will be considered as submitted on the following day.
- If the THSR ticket has already been issued, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (a round-trip ticket counts as 2 tickets).
- ・8 days or more before the departure date (excluding the departure date): Free cancellation. ・4 to 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date): A 30% cancellation fee of the total price will be charged for changes or cancellations.
- ・Within 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date): A 70% cancellation fee of the total price will be charged for changes or cancellations.
- For cancellations or changes made on the departure date, a 100% cancellation fee of the total price will be charged.
- (e.g., If departing on 12/8, changes or cancellations made by 11/30 are free of charge; changes or cancellations made between 12/1 and 12/4 will incur a 30% handling fee; changes or cancellations made between 12/5 and 12/7 will incur a 70% handling fee.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
