Booking Notes
- Booking Information: Please provide the full English name (as per ID), weight, primary contact mobile number, and selected pick-up location for each passenger when booking.
- Child Requirements: Child tickets are for children aged 5–12, at least 90cm tall, and weighing no more than 60kg. Children between 90–120cm must use a booster seat; please contact the booking department in advance to arrange this. Those weighing over 60kg must purchase an adult ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Health and Safety Requirements: Participants must be in good health, have no history of major surgery within the last 6 months, and be able to stand for approximately 1 hour in a basket without seats and adopt a landing posture. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. If you have any health issues such as heart, back, or knee problems, or have recently been injured or have limited mobility, please consult and inform us truthfully before booking. Final participation is subject to Balloon Aloft's safety regulations and on-site assessment.
- Travel Contact and Activity Terms: After 3:00 PM on the day before the tour, staff will send final meeting and departure information to the primary contact; please keep your phone accessible and check your SMS. Hot air balloon flights are subject to weather and aviation safety conditions; take-off times, locations, flight paths, and durations may be temporarily adjusted. Final details, safety regulations, and on-site arrangements are subject to Balloon Aloft's official policies.
Cancellation Due to Weather
- If the hot air balloon flight is cancelled due to weather or aviation safety reasons, guests will receive a full refund of the paid tour fee or may choose to reschedule to another available date for free (subject to availability).
- If the activity is not cancelled, but the take-off time, location, flight path, or itinerary order is adjusted due to weather, wind direction, or on-site safety requirements, this is not considered a cancellation and does not constitute grounds for a full refund.
Tour Cancellation
- The minimum group size is 6 people. If the tour is cancelled by us due to insufficient bookings, guests may choose: ① Reschedule to another available tour date for free; or ② Receive a full refund of the paid tour fee.
Itinerary Adjustments
- To ensure safety and the overall experience, we reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary order, meeting times, and tour duration based on weather, road conditions, traffic, supplier operations, and other force majeure factors. If the tour is not cancelled but only partially adjusted, this does not constitute grounds for a full refund.
Insurance Notice
- It is strongly recommended that all guests purchase travel insurance in advance to cover tour cancellations, accidental medical expenses, lost luggage, and other unforeseen travel risks.
Reminders
A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 3 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Pregnant women, High blood pressure, Acrophobia, Epilepsy
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Children under 90 cm tall are not permitted to participate in the hot air balloon flight.
