1. Hotel pickups are part of a join-in tour, so meeting times may be delayed. If the delay exceeds 20 minutes from the scheduled time, please contact us.
2. As this is a join-in tour, you must strictly adhere to the scheduled meeting time. If you are not in the lobby on the first floor at the meeting time, the tour may depart without prior notice.
(If the meeting time is 07:30-07:45, you must wait in the first-floor lobby starting at 07:30.)
3. If pickup is not available, please visit the check-in location by the scheduled meeting time. (Details will be provided upon confirmation.)
4. Phuket has a rainy season from May to October, and rain and squalls occur frequently. We receive many inquiries regarding this, but the tour proceeds even if it rains.
5. If the tour operator determines that weather conditions make the tour impossible, we will contact you separately on the day of the tour to reschedule or cancel.
6. The itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions and local circumstances.
7. An English-speaking local guide will accompany the tour.
8. Individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or a history of surgery, as well as those with mobility issues such as wheelchair users, are unable to participate in the tour.
9. Pregnant women, infants under 3 years old, and seniors over 60 are unable to participate in the tour.
10. If you choose not to participate in activities such as the tour or snorkeling, changes or cancellations to the tour are not possible.
11. Group travel insurance is included, but we recommend purchasing individual travel insurance.
12. Thailand has a tipping culture; regardless of AsiaTrip, tips are shared among the staff on the day. (Generally 100-200 Baht per team)
13. It is convenient to wear your swimsuit under your clothes. (It is also helpful to prepare extra clothes, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, etc.)
14. You must follow the instructions of the guides and staff during the tour. We cannot provide assistance for issues arising from failure to follow instructions.
15. Introductory diving is not available separately.
16. Toyota Commuter vehicles are assigned, and car seats are not provided.
17. Luggage storage is available at the pier, but there is a fee of 200 Baht per bag, payable to the guide on the day.
