Product Info

I specialize in working with international tourists with whom I conduct a flagship 1-1.5 hour Yoga session.
Each session (individual or group) is tailor-made according to the flexibility of the body, and all age groups, from young children to senior citizens, are welcome to participate. I practice the oldest form of Yoga, known as Hatha Yoga. In one single session, I am able to make the person explore the capability of their own body. Recently, I undertook a session with an American lady who had never practiced Yoga in her life, but by the end of the session, she did a headstand with the technique and posture taught by me.

The session is a complete blend of all forms of breathing exercises (pranayam), physical exercises (postures/asanas) and meditation in order to ensure that a person is completely rejuvenated and energetic by the end of the session.
