Escape to Mu Ko Similan National Park, one of Thailand's most beautiful marine parks, on a full-day speedboat trip from Tablamu Pier.
The day starts with a light breakfast at the pier and a safety briefing before boarding. Your first stop is Donald Duck Bay on Similan Island No.8, where a short hike leads to the iconic Sail Rock viewpoint with panoramic views over turquoise water and granite boulders. Back at sea level, the white sand beach is perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
The first snorkeling stop is Coral Bay at Ba Ngu Island, one of the richest reef spots in the park. Snorkeling gear and life jackets are provided, and guides stay in the water with you, so the site suits both confident swimmers and complete beginners.
Lunch is a Thai buffet served on Mieng Island, followed by free time at Honeymoon Bay and Princess Bay. The afternoon brings a second snorkeling stop at Payu Island, well known for green sea turtles and clownfish, before the speedboat heads back to the mainland.
The Similan Islands are open from mid-October to mid-May only. The park closes during the monsoon season to let the reefs recover.
