Booking Notes:
1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted. For safety reasons, pregnant women who are more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip are not permitted to join.
2. Please ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete, including name, gender, valid contact information (mobile phone preferred for urgent notifications), and accurate flight or pick-up location details to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel. Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you will be at your own expense.
3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. Each room can legally accommodate 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must carry at least one credit or debit card valid for use at the destination to handle security deposits and check-in procedures according to the hotel's specific policies. If there are no personal charges, the hotel will refund the deposit to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out. We guarantee the number of rooms, but not specific room types or locations. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. Guests must purchase admission tickets from the tour guide; you may not bring your own tickets or use a City Pass. Attraction ticket prices and meal costs on the tour may change based on temporary official notices from the attractions; prices are subject to those announced by the attraction on the day of the visit.
5. To facilitate tour operations, the itinerary order may be adjusted to ensure the smooth progress of the tour, but no included items will be removed.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of sightseeing, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
7. In the event of temporary attraction closures or closures due to holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to exterior viewing or replace it with other attractions based on the actual situation to ensure the richness of the trip. Opening hours and capacity controls for various attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic; please understand that if this affects the itinerary, it is considered a force majeure event.
8. Children under eight years old must use a safety seat. Rental service is available at USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking the itinerary so we can prepare in advance. Any violations or fines caused by the guest's failure to notify us in advance will be borne by the guest; thank you for your understanding. If a large bus is arranged on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Many tourist attractions in the itinerary require guests to have basic physical health. Disabled persons or those with limited mobility should contact us in advance before booking to obtain relevant policy information. If not notified in time, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.
10. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement, and any uncompleted parts will be considered as your voluntary abandonment; the tour fee will not be refunded.
11. A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tour products, which will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.
Special Notes:
1) No fuel surcharge is collected on the day of airport pick-up or drop-off if there are no other bus tour arrangements.
2) No fuel surcharge is collected for days without bus transportation services: for example, in Florida-related products where guests take their own park shuttles to and from theme parks, or in train tour products where the entire day consists of train travel with no tour guide or bus services.
12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the vehicle will depart without waiting. We strive to provide punctual service, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pick-up/drop-off locations due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional expenses (such as flights, trains, buses, or other travel costs) resulting from itinerary delays caused by these reasons.
14. During the trip, you may be transferred to a different vehicle and assigned a different tour guide and driver.
15. The following tips will help you check in faster and more efficiently: please carry a valid photo ID; please present a printed or electronic version of your itinerary.
