Booking Notes:
1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; minors or children traveling alone are not permitted. For the safety of pregnant guests, those who are more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the trip are not permitted to join.
2. Please ensure that accurate and complete information is provided at the time of booking, including full name, gender, valid contact information (mobile phone is preferred for easier notification), and accurate flight details or pick-up location, to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. Any losses caused by incorrect information provided by you will be at your own expense.
3. Hotels offer different room types, such as one King/Queen size bed or two Double size beds. The maximum occupancy per room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. As per the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must carry at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination to cover the security deposit and check-in procedures according to the hotel's specific policies. If there are no personal charges, the hotel will refund the deposit to the original payment method within 7-14 working days after check-out. The number of rooms is guaranteed, but specific room types and locations are not. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. Guests must purchase tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted. Attraction ticket prices and meal costs during the tour may change based on temporary notices from the attraction, and the prices announced by the attraction on the day shall prevail.
5. To facilitate tour operations, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted as necessary to ensure the smooth progress of the tour, but the items included in the itinerary will not be reduced.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
7. In the event that an attraction is temporarily closed or closed for holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include an exterior view or substitute with other attractions based on the actual situation to ensure the richness of the trip. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic; please understand that if this affects the itinerary, it is considered a force majeure factor.
8. Children under eight years old are required to use a safety seat. A rental service is available at a cost of USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking the trip so we can prepare in advance. Any violations or fines caused by the guest's failure to notify us in advance will be borne by the guest. Please understand. If a large bus is arranged on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Many tourist attractions in the itinerary require guests to have basic physical health. Disabled persons or those with limited mobility should contact us in advance to obtain relevant policy information before booking. If not notified in time, our company cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.
10. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will be required to sign a departure agreement, and the unfinished portion will be considered as your voluntary abandonment, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
11. A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tour products, which will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.
Special Instructions:
1) No fuel surcharge will be charged on the day of airport pick-up or drop-off if there are no other bus tour arrangements.
2) No fuel surcharge will be charged for days that do not involve bus transportation services: for example, in Florida-related products where guests take park shuttles to and from theme parks on their own, or in train tour products where the entire day is by train without tour guide or bus services.
12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late for the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. We are committed to providing punctual service, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pick-up/drop-off locations in the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. Our company is not responsible for any inconvenience or additional expenses incurred, such as flights, trains, bus tickets, or other travel expenses, due to itinerary delays caused by these reasons.
14. You may be transferred to another vehicle and assigned a different tour guide and driver during the trip.
