At the time of pickup, a credit card in the name of the person collecting the item must be swiped as a guarantee. The swipe will only authorize payment, not charge it, and all data will be destroyed after the device has been returned
We accept Visa, MasterCard, etc. Credit cards must be valid for at least 3 months. We do not accept debit cards, Hana Card, American Express, or overseas-issued Samsung credit cards
Due to the limited number of power banks available, if you need to rent a power bank for free, please inform the staff during pickup, as the counter will not offer it automatically
Device pickup and return can be done at any point within the business hours of the designated locations (e.g. pickup at Point A, return at Point B)
If the device has not been returned by the specified return date, the data service will be terminated the next day, between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm (Korean time)
If the device has not been returned within 5 days after the service has been terminated, a device loss fee will be automatically charged to the registered credit card. If it is returned within 30 days, this fee will be refunded
Please note that LINK KOREA offices are closed on weekends and public holidays. If you need to pick up or return the Wi-Fi device, please do so during office hours from Monday to Friday
After use, please note that the device must be returned at the pickup point before passing through customs. There will be no counter available for returns after you go through customs
