Step into an evening of sensory discovery. This intimate, five-course dinner is hosted inside a luxury courtyard villa, where candlelight, live music, sake, and warm hospitality set the tone for a deeply connected dining experience.
First, you will be welcomed by your chef-host and enter into an open kitchen overlooking the courtyard, and live musician/DJ, where you will be seated at a handcrafted wooden table.
Settle in as your chef introduces the experience and pours the first sake. The menu features a five-course progression inspired by the flavors of the region—seasonal produce, local sea and land proteins, delicate herbs, and tropical fruit—expressed through refined techniques influenced by Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
We’ll introduce each dish, its inspiration, and the flavor relationships held within. As each course is plated just a few feet away, you’ll watch color, texture, and emotion unfold in real time. Between dishes, enjoy insights into the ingredients, the inspiration behind each plate, and the flavor relationships that tie the menu together.
Live music accompanies the evening, with each dinner featuring a curated musical theme—from Japanese ambient strings to Latin acoustic, global fusion, or minimalist guitar—chosen to complement the storytelling of the menu and enhance the atmosphere as the courses progress.
Guests dine together at a shared table, creating a relaxed, communal experience designed for connection, presence, and conversation.
The evening concludes with a final toast—one last sip of sake—and a dessert course, leaving you nourished and inspired. Afterward, you are free to chat with new friends or simply continue exploring the vibrant Tulum night scene.
