After the tasting, step into the bottling room to bottle your chosen Bourbon yourself. Rinse, fill, label, and seal your own bottle, creating a personalized keepsake to take home.

Continue your exploration in the interactive whiskey lab, where you can examine yeast under a microscope, measure whiskey proof, and challenge your senses at the nosing station. Your experience also includes access to the Heaven Hill Gallery, where you’ll learn about the Shapira family’s legacy and the evolution of Heaven Hill’s core brands.

Conclude your visit with an immersive 11-minute film in the 1935 Distillery Theater, bringing the story of Kentucky Bourbon to life.
