Please note, we do not pick up from individual cruise ships or docks—clear meeting instructions will be provided with your booking. If you’re arriving at AJ Dock, plan extra time to take the city shuttle to the meeting point. For guests meeting at Auke Bay/Statter Harbor, be sure to confirm your meeting time and communicate your details in advance.
