— Service Details & Regulations —

• Pick-up / Drop-off Point: Any designated hotel or location in Chiang Mai City or Pai
• Meeting Point: Hotel Lobby
• Complimentary Grace Period: Driver will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge from your scheduled pick-up time. if a customer doesn't show up, the booking will be considered a no-show.*
• The driver can take a photo of you as evidence that he serves a service.

— Vehicle Capacity & Luggage Allowance —

• Eco/Sedan: Up to 2 passengers + 2 suitcases (18-24 inches)
• SUV: Up to 4 passengers + 4 suitcases (18–28 inches)
• Van: Up to 9 passengers + 9 suitcases (18–28 inches)

— Peak Season Surcharges —

Please note that a peak season surcharge of THB 200 per vehicle per trip applies during high-demand holidays. This fee is payable directly to the driver on the service day:

• New Year Festival: Dec 24, 2026 – Jan 5, 2027
• Chinese New Year: Feb 4, 2027 – Feb 10, 2027
• Songkran Water Festival: Apr 11, 2027 – Apr 21, 2027
