An hourly charter is a service that allows you to rent a vehicle and driver for a fixed period. The vehicle remains at your disposal for the duration of the booking, enabling unlimited stops and adjustments to your schedule as necessary. This service is great for clients who value flexibility. Hourly charter services are commonly used for business engagements, events, or sightseeing excursions. You determine the length of the booking, and the driver stays with you throughout, providing convenient and hassle-free transportation. Whether you need the service for a few hours or an entire day, hourly charter services offer the flexibility and control you desire.

Available Fleet Tiers: Standard Sedan, Standard MPV, Premium MPV, MiniBus.

Purchase Notice

  • Accurate Headcount Requirements: Infants and children must be explicitly included in the final passenger headcount to comply with vehicle passenger limits enforced by Singapore traffic law.
  • Child Seat Notification: If a child safety seat or booster seat is required, please state the child’s exact age and weight in the booking remarks section so the correct unit size (Infant/Toddler/Booster) can be properly equipped.

Overtime Table

Overtime is charged in 30-minute blocks:
Up to 15 minutes: No overtime charge.
16–30 minutes: Charged as 0.5 hour.
31–60 minutes: Charged as 1 hour.
Thereafter, overtime will continue to be charged in 30-minute increments.

Any overtime charges are payable directly to the driver.

Overtime Fees:
-Standard Sedan: SGD 35.00 / hour
- Standard MPV: SGD 45.00 / hour
- Premium 7: SGD 55.00 / hour
- Economy 10/13 Seater: SGD 55.00 / hour

Reminders

  • Driver details (driver name, contact number, vehicle model and registration number) will be shared before your service.

  • Your driver will arrive early and be on standby before the scheduled service time.

  • Service time starts from the booked pickup time or when all passengers have boarded the vehicle, whichever comes first.

  • Please book a vehicle suitable for your passenger and luggage requirements.

How to Use

- Driver Coordination: The assigned driver or dispatcher will reach out via WhatsApp using the mobile contact provided during booking at least 12–24 hours before your service. - Meeting Point Verification: Hotels: Driver will wait at the main lobby/concierge driveway. Airports/Sea Terminals: Driver will coordinate a specific pillar number at the arrival pick-up lane. Land Checkpoints: Driver will monitor arrival traffic and inform you on the exact lane or designated coach/car bay location for pick-up. - Identification: Please present your KKday digital voucher (mobile screen) to the driver upon boarding to confirm your identity.
