Product Info

The capital of Massachusetts hosts a hugely important part of U.S. history. This year marks the 250th anniversary of the country's independence. What better time to stroll through the city's history, discovering its main landmarks, buildings, and spots on this guided visit to Boston?

Itinerary
We'll meet at the time indicated on the steps of the Boston Public Library. From here, we'll walk to Copley Square, where we'll talk about the examples of architecture found in this square and also reflect on the city's resilience after the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. We'll tell you about this event that marked Boston's recent history and demonstrated the resilience of the locals.

Next, we'll stroll along Commonwealth Avenue, an urban thoroughfare inspired by European boulevards and lined with trees, which will take us to the Boston Garden, the oldest botanical garden in the country. In this lush oasis, which changes colors with the seasons, we'll admire its central lake and visit the famous ducklings.

Next, we'll explore the most aristocratic and historic neighborhood in the capital of Massachusetts: Beacon Hill. We'll stroll through its narrow streets lined with unique red-brick houses and decorated doorways. You won't be able to stop taking photos!

Now, we'll head to the Freedom Trail, a popular path that takes us past the most significant sites of the American Revolution. As we follow the route, we'll marvel at iconic sites such as churches, buildings, and cemeteries, including the Massachusetts State House and the Old South Meeting House, and we'll find out what really happened during the Boston Massacre.

Finally, we'll go into a building known as "The Cradle of Liberty," the famous Faneuil Hall, where we'll talk about the tragic and historic events that took place there.

We'll say goodbye at this last stop after a 2.5-hour tour. Right in the middle of Quincy Market, which is the perfect place to indulge in local food.
