Arrive at the office and get kitted out with all you need for your adventure, including a helmet, a color-coded map, a bike bag, and a bike lock. There is no better way to get up close and personal with all the great sites of Alexandria than riding a bike.

The local partner's huge inventory of high quality bikes in a wide range of sizes ensure your comfort and safety. All equipment is maintained in-house by professional mechanics.

The customer service staff can answer your questions about which type and size of bike is best for your needs, as well as offer tips on good trails, scenic routes, places to eat, and any other cycling info.

We offer bikes for everyone, including standard bikes, e-bikes and kids' bikes.

  • Know Before You Go: Store hours: April to October 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; November to March Saturdays and Sundays only, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Know Before You Go: Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email [email protected] with a screenshot of the problem.
