First, the ingredients are combined in a pot and heated to high temperatures. After shaping the log and adding stripes, the candy maker will pull the confection onto the candy hook. Guests will form their lollipops after the mixture cools. Every visitor will create six to eight lollipops, which they can shape into fun shapes or into classic lollipops. The opportunity to sample a warm, freshly made lollipops is rare.
