- Terroir omelette*: Organic ham omelette with Le Canotier cheese from L'Isle-aux-Grues, local mozzarella, caramelized onions and asparagus
- Vegan casserole: Potatoes, vegan sausage and vegan cheese, roasted peppers, coulis of tomato and butternut squash
