Private Tour:Columbia icefield with Skywalk and lake｜Canada

Begin your journey with a stop at Bow Lake, one of the largest and most picturesque lakes in Banff National Park. Nestled beneath the Bow Glacier and surrounded by rugged peaks, Bow Lake is a tranquil setting where you can admire the reflections of the mountains in crystal-clear waters.

Take a peaceful walk along the shoreline, capture stunning photographs, or simply breathe in the fresh alpine air. Next, travel further along the scenic Icefields Parkway to the world-famous Peyto Lake. Known for its striking turquoise color and unique wolf-head shape, Peyto Lake is a must-see stop in the Rockies.

From the Bow Summit Lookout—the highest point on the Parkway—enjoy sweeping views of the lake framed by snow-capped peaks and endless alpine wilderness. The lake’s vibrant color comes from glacial rock flour that flows into the water, creating its magical turquoise hue.

Continue to the Columbia Icefield, the largest icefield in the Canadian Rockies. Spanning over 325 square kilometers, this natural wonder feeds several major glaciers, including the Athabasca Glacier, which you’ll have the opportunity to explore up close.

Board a specially designed Ice Explorer vehicle that takes you onto the glacier itself. Step out onto ancient ice that formed thousands of years ago, feel the chill of the mountain air, and learn fascinating facts about glaciology, climate, and geology from your expert guide.

Just a short drive away, continue your adventure at the Glacier Skywalk, an architectural marvel suspended 280 meters (918 feet) above the Sunwapta Valley. The glass-floored walkway offers unobstructed views of towering mountains, waterfalls, and dramatic cliffs.

As you step onto the platform, feel the exhilaration of walking high above the valley, surrounded by panoramic vistas in every direction. It’s a heart-pounding experience for thrill-seekers and a perfect vantage point for capturing unforgettable photos of the Rockies’ grandeur.
