All cross-border services are operated using licensed tourist vehicles (PSV Licensed Tourist Vehicles) in compliance with the latest local regulations. The vehicle will use the dedicated bus lanes at Singapore and Malaysia immigration checkpoints. Passengers must disembark with all luggage for immigration clearance and will continue the journey in the same vehicle with the same driver after clearance. 2. If the trip is confirmed, we will need to collect the full list of passengers, including names, passport numbers, etc (via whatsapp / passenger need to fill in the name list form during the trip).This is a requirement from the Malaysia Tourism Board.
