Product Info

Embark on a memorable 4-day small group Garden Route tour from Cape Town, filled with diverse attractions and breathtaking landscapes. Begin your journey in Cape Town and travel to Oudtshoorn, traveling on the R62 Wine Route, dubbed the world’s longest Wine Route. See beautiful vineyards along the way and also go through the Little Karoo Region. In Oudtshoorn, proceed to explore the fascinating Cango Caves, famous for their impressive limestone formations.
On day 2, visit Botlierskop Game Reserve for an exciting wildlife safari, where you can encounter the Big Five in their natural habitat. Botlierskop Game Reserve is home to a rich variety of wildlife. As you traverse the rugged terrain in an open 4x4 vehicle, you'll have the opportunity to spot lions, elephants, rhinos, and more in their natural habitats. The reserve also boasts breathtaking views, lush vegetation, and meandering rivers, making the safari not just about wildlife but also about immersing yourself in the stunning natural beauty of the region.

On day 3, hiking in Robberg Nature Reserve is a captivating experience that combines rugged coastal beauty with rich biodiversity. Located near Plettenberg Bay, the reserve offers trails that wind along dramatic cliffs, sandy beaches, and ancient rock formations, with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. Along the way, you might spot seals basking on the rocks, dolphins playing in the surf, and a variety of seabirds soaring above.
Later, head to Knysna Heads, a stunning natural landmark where the lagoon meets the sea, offering breathtaking views and photo opportunities.

On your final day, take a trip to Hermanus for an unforgettable whale-watching experience along the coast, followed by a relaxing stop at Benguela Cove Wine Estate for a wine-tasting session, savoring award-winning wines with views of the Bot River Lagoon. Finally, tour Betty's Bay to see African penguins at the Stony Point Nature Reserve, a lively colony of these charming penguins in their natural habitat. Then make your final journey back to Cape Town, traveling on the Whale Coast to conclude the tour at around 6 PM.

This tour is a perfect blend of adventure, wildlife, coastal beauty, and indulgence in South Africa’s finest landscapes and experiences. Optional activities at your own cost include the world’s highest bungy jumping and sky walk in Bloukrans bridge, 216m, and a sunset boat cruise in Knysna Lagoon. The package includes bed and breakfast at a lodge or hotel for the 3 nights.
