Purchase Notice
- Present your e-ticket at the venue counter to exchange for a physical ticket
- Shoe covers are provided and mandatory throughout the exhibition floor
- Pants recommended; skirts may want safety shorts due to mirrored/LED flooring
- Stiletto heels, work boots, and cleats are not allowed (may damage LED flooring)
- One-way route: once you move from the 60F indoor deck to the 63F rooftop, you cannot return indoors
- Access between 60F and 63F is via stairs only — not wheelchair accessible
- Strollers are not permitted on the observation floors; baby carriers recommended for young children
- Large items (strollers, suitcases, big backpacks) must be stored in lockers on 62F
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the observation deck
- The 63F rooftop is fully outdoors and may close temporarily without prior notice in case of rain, strong wind, or lightning
- Starbucks access is included with your ticket; food and drinks are purchased separately
- Photo services at the venue are a separate paid add-on, not included in the ticket price
