I. Eligibility and Health Requirements for Participation
To ensure travel safety, tourists should undergo necessary physical examinations before departure. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, severe asthma, epilepsy, mental illness, diabetes, legally notifiable infectious diseases, anemia, pregnancy, or mobility impairments, or those diagnosed by a doctor as unsuitable for travel, should not register for the tour for their own safety. Minors are advised to be accompanied by a guardian. If not accompanied by a guardian, it is recommended that the accompanying person possess a letter of authorization from the guardian.
II. Identification Documents and Personal Information
1. Please be sure to carry your original valid ID card with you when traveling. Children under 16 years old need to carry their original household registration booklet; those 16 years and older must carry their original ID card or a temporary identity certificate issued by the local police station. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to document issues, all losses incurred will be borne by the guest.
2. Please provide accurate and complete information for all tourists, including their names, genders, ID numbers, and contact information, when making a reservation. Any losses incurred due to incorrect or delayed information (such as failure to inform us in advance if a child is over 1.5 meters tall) will be borne by the responsible party.
III. Fee Description
1. Children's fees usually include a seat on the vehicle and half-price meals. Entrance tickets and boat tickets for scenic spots must be purchased on-site or booked in advance according to the scenic spot's regulations based on height or age. If you have a student ID or other discount certificate, you must show it to the tour guide before purchasing tickets. Experience tours have the same price for all sizes; discount certificates are refundable without any price difference.
2. No refunds will be given for attractions, meals, or other items voluntarily forfeited due to personal reasons. Tourists holding valid student IDs, military officer IDs, senior citizen IDs, or other discount documents must present them to the tour guide before purchasing tickets. The tour guide will refund the price difference based on the agreed price between the scenic spot and the travel agency (the refund is not based on the scenic spot's listed price).
3. Unauthorized departure from the group without prior consultation during the trip will be considered a breach of contract by the traveler. Any uncompleted portion will be deemed a voluntary abandonment, and our company will not refund any fees, nor will we be liable for any responsibility or additional costs incurred during the period of departure.
IV. Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure
1. During the trip, with your consent, the tour guide may make reasonable adjustments to the order of visits or meeting times based on actual conditions such as weather and traffic to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
2. In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government actions, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the travel agency (such as weather changes, traffic jams, major ceremonial events, etc.) resulting in itinerary changes, attraction cancellations, or inability to conduct some activities, no refunds will be issued. However, our agency will be responsible for refunding the actual expenses not yet incurred. The travel agency is not liable for any losses arising therefrom.
V. Safety and Liability Statement
1. During free time, the travel agency does not provide transportation, tour guides, or other similar services. Tourists are advised to choose activities within their own risk tolerance and assume full responsibility for their own safety. Special note: Swimming, diving, and other high-risk activities are not recommended. The travel agency will not be liable for any accidents that occur during these periods.
2. Shopping venues not arranged by the travel agency may exist at tourist destinations. Please consume rationally according to your own needs and keep your receipts safe. In case of any disputes, you need to resolve them directly with the merchants.
VI. Quantity Supervision and Dispute Resolution
1. If you have any objections to the reception services during your trip, please call our customer service hotline immediately. We will do our best to coordinate and resolve the issue to ensure a smooth journey.
2. Before the end of your trip, please be sure to fill out the "Tourist Feedback Form" truthfully. This form is an important basis for judging the quality of our service. If you fill it out falsely, fail to fill it out, or file a complaint after returning home, our company will be unable to handle it. In case of any dispute, the information filled in on this form will be the primary basis for verification and handling.
VII. Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Agreement
Once the itinerary and fees are confirmed by you, our company will initiate all booking procedures. If you subsequently cancel your trip due to your own reasons, resulting in the inability to find replacements for the reserved spots, you will be responsible for the actual costs incurred, as well as any potential increases in the tour's costs due to the cancellation. Please ensure that the passenger list information is accurate before confirmation.
