1. Tourists should ensure they are in good health and capable of completing the trip. Those under 2 years of age, over 70 years of age, those with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, hearing or visual impairments, those unsuitable for long-distance or high-altitude travel, and those with pre-existing medical conditions or physical disabilities are not suitable to participate. Any consequences arising from concealment of such information will be borne by the tourist.
2. Please provide valid and accurate identification information when signing the contract, and carry your ID with you at all times during the trip. Any losses caused by forgetting or losing your ID, such as being unable to board the plane or check into the hotel, shall be borne by the traveler.
3. This product is a nationwide group tour for individual travelers. Due to its unique nature, waiting times may occur depending on specific flights, weather, road conditions, train schedules, departure times, hotel accommodations, and connections between travelers with different itineraries. All times agreed upon in the itinerary are estimates and may vary. Travelers are solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by public transportation. If a traveler is unable to travel due to reasons not attributable to our company, we will charge for any incurred expenses and a booking loss fee. If a replacement traveler is required, a new contract must be signed. No refunds will be given for cancellations after departure. For itinerary changes not attributable to our company, we will not compensate for any reductions, and any additional costs will be borne by the traveler.
4. Before your trip, please check the weather and geographical conditions of your destination and prepare commonly used warm clothing, cooling supplies, sun protection, rain gear, and essential medications. Please pay attention to your personal safety and belongings when getting on and off the vehicle, while traveling, in hotels, scenic areas, and dining areas. Smoking is prohibited in scenic areas; please protect public environmental hygiene.
5. Rest stops and restroom breaks will be provided along the way during the trip; please prepare small change for payment. This includes rest after meals and at the hotel. Free time as indicated in the itinerary is for personal activities only; during this time, travelers are solely responsible for their own safety and property. Please be mindful of your safety and refrain from participating in activities that violate Chinese law or are deemed inappropriate.
6. Souvenirs, commemorative photos, religious items, local specialties, and other goods are available for sale at various scenic spots and stops along the way. These are not services provided by our company, and especially these are sold by private vendors, which are beyond our control. Please do not haggle if you do not intend to buy. If you are interested, please make your own judgment. Any purchases made are your own personal actions, and you will be solely responsible for any consequences.
7. In the event of standard errors due to special reasons, refunds or additional payments will be made in accordance with the Tourism Law based on the actual circumstances. In the event of special circumstances during the tour, our company reserves the right to make temporary adjustments to the tour itinerary without reducing the number of tourist attractions visited.
8. If the itinerary of the tourist is reduced due to force majeure or events that the travel agency or its service providers could not avoid despite taking reasonable care, our agency will refund the unused expenses; if the tourist is stranded, our agency will assist in making arrangements, and the tourist shall bear the additional expenses incurred.
9. Unauthorized departure from the group without prior consultation during the trip will be considered a breach of contract by the traveler. The uncompleted portion will be deemed a voluntary abandonment, and our company will not provide a refund or cover any additional costs incurred. Refunds for normal activities (tickets, accommodation) will be based on our company's discounted price, not the listed price. All consequences of unauthorized departure from the group will be borne by the guest.
10. Our company monitors the quality of the tour group at any time. Please understand the limitations of group tours for individual travelers and communicate with us in a timely manner regarding any issues with the tour quality so that we can assist in resolving them promptly. Before the tour ends, please fill out the "Travel Agency Service Quality Tracking Survey Form" carefully and objectively. If the feedback after the tour contradicts the opinion you signed, our company will not process it.
