  • The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details

  • Please provide pick up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)

  • Waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes. For domestic flights are 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel is 30 minutes
