Meeting point description: Please meet by making yourself known at the entry area of Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. Temporary update (valid on 31 December 2025): Please note that the Sunway Lagoon roundabout will be closed. For your convenience, all pick-up and drop-off will take place at the Pyramid Mall entrance instead.(Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia)
Not allowed:Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors' wristband tags will be removed upon exit
Jewellery of any kind, t-shirts and bathing suits with metal decoration, cut-off jeans, and glasses are not permitted on the waterslides
Know in advance:After booking, you'll receive an email containing the PDF ticket to present at the entrance of the park
The ticket is valid on the day indicated. Opening times (subject to change): Wednesday to Monday 10.00 am - 6.00 pm
All transactions in the park are done via cash or e-load. E-load can be loaded at the ticket counter. The unused balance of e-load can be refunded at the ticket counter on the same day before 7.00 pm
