Accessibility:The cave is adapted for people with reduced mobility (90% of the tour can be done in a wheelchair). The accessible route to the cave is approximately 300 m, with a section of less than 20 m with a gradient of about 10%. Wheelchair users must be accompanied by a guide, so please inform the local operator before the visit
Not allowed:It is strictly forbidden to film, record or take photographs inside the cave
Child seats are not allowed, babies can go in baby carriers
Pets are not allowed inside the cave or in the facilities
Know in advance:The train to El Soplao Cave is out of service until further notice due to damage to the cover of one of the train cable winch housings. In the meantime, visitors will have to walk the 300 metres between the train station outside and the cave entrance. This will not affect the quality of the visit or the tour of the cave

Children from 0 to 3 years old are free of charge. Children up to 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult

The temperature inside the Cave is approximately 12 or 14°C, with a relative humidity of around 90%. The use of comfortable shoes and warm clothing is recommended. Special care should be taken during the hottest times of the year when the temperature difference is greater
