  • Know in advance:the WelcomeCard Berlin has a strict no-refund policy. Changes, cancellations, or refunds of existing bookings are not permitted

  • after booking, you receive a link via email which you can use to download your ticket. This combined ticket with voucher is your Berlin WelcomeCard. Always keep a printed copy of the ticket and voucher with you during the time in which you use your Berlin WelcomeCard, and show it along with a valid ID card

  • please note that some attractions and museums have access limitations, and you will still have to book an entry time beforehand. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the access rules and restrictions of each venue you want to visit

  • please be aware that the 5 museums on Berlin Museum Island are closed on Mondays

  • it's not necessary to validate the transportation ticket. You can start to use it from 8.00 am on the first day of validity. The exact validity of the transportation ticket (dates and times) is indicated on your ticket

  • discounts are applicable at the time of purchasing the pass or ticket for the attractions or tours. Discounts for performances are granted at the ticket counter

  • due to high popularity and limited visitor capacity, you might have to wait in line before entering the Pergamon and Neues Museums. Please plan your visit accordingly

  • due to long-term renovation works, some areas of the Pergamon Museum (including the one that hosts the Pergamon Altar) are not accessible for visitors at the moment

  • every adult card is valid for up to 3 children under the age of 15 years
