- Children under 3 years are free of charge but still required to obtain an admission ticket at the box office.
- The Beast: Children under 3 years or shorter than 102cm are not allowed. Children must be able to sit in their own seats without assistance.

- Please plan ahead and arrive at the activity location at least 45-60 minutes before your scheduled activity time to allow for security checks. Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure, and boats will leave promptly on schedule.
- Choosing your seat location is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All cruises stop directly in front of the Statue of Liberty for photos, but do not disembark onto Liberty Island.
- Wheelchair access is provided on the first floor of all vessels (except The Beast).
