Your culinary journey begins with antipasti starters, followed by a primo pasta or rice main course, and a secondo meat or fish dish. Each course is perfectly paired with local Etna wines, including the robust red Vigna Grande and three other varieties - sparkling, white and rosé. Vegetarian options are plentiful, ensuring all guests can savour this authentic Sicilian feast.

Post-lunch, you're invited to explore the urban vineyards and the historic family winery, dating back to 1790. Alternatively, you may prefer to simply relax and unwind in the tranquil gardens.
