The ship features toilets, heated cabins, and an outdoor deck. We recommend bringing warm clothing, a hat, and gloves so you can enjoy the journey on deck. It can get quite cold on the water, regardless of the season. Beverages (soft drinks, beer, wine, and a selection of spirits) are available for purchase on board.
The exact distance from which we can observe a glacier depends on recent calving and sea ice conditions. In early summer (late May to early June) and late in the season (late September), ice cover may prevent us from getting as close to the glacier as we would in the height of summer.
