Along your journey, you'll discover the shop where he bought his signature cigars, stand in a military parade ground with its own concealed WW2 communications centre, visit a wine merchant with cellars extending beneath the street, and experience the social clubs he frequented.

You'll learn about his relationships with his wife Clementine and President Roosevelt, his early days as a soldier, and the tales of courage and destiny that moulded his path to becoming a pivotal figure.

The highlight of your trip will be a visit to the Churchill War Rooms. You'll receive your ticket so you can independently navigate through one of London's most evocative and eerie museums, stepping into a time capsule from London during the war.

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Your guide will carry a Fun London Tours flag and meet you by the Allies statue (A bench where statues of Churchill & Rosevelt are seated). Please arrive 10 minutes early as the tour starts promptly and the guide cannot answer the phone once the tour has started. Finally, London has its fair share of road closures, charity runs, tube closures, especially at the weekends, so leave yourself plenty of time to get here.(Allies (Churchill & Roosevelt), New Bond Street, London, UK)

  • Not allowed:Mobility scooters are not permitted within the Churchill War Rooms museum

  • Know in advance:Children 0-4 years old can join the tour for free

  • The walking tour is 1.5 hours, there are no refreshment stops or comfort breaks during the tour

  • Your guide will then give you the Churchill War Rooms ticket and audio guide, but they will not enter the museum with you

  • You can spend as much time as you like in the museum, around 1.5 hours is the suggested time

  • The maximum number of people per tour is 8

  • Remember to bring:Wear comfortable walking shoes
