👉 If you wish to use the alternative tee time provided, please confirm within 10 minutes. (As this is a real-time booking, we may not be able to secure the booking if you reply after 10 minutes.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, your booking will be finalized, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter. (If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be canceled without any cancellation fees.)

For 2-player rounds, you may be joined by another group, and we cannot guarantee a private round for 2 players.

Due to golf course operating policies and local conditions, your booked tee time may be changed, advanced, or delayed without prior notice. (In particular, tee-off times may be slightly delayed during the winter peak season at Southeast Asian golf courses.)
Refunds and cancellations due to these changes are not permitted.
If you are unable to complete the round due to personal reasons, refunds and rescheduling are not permitted.

Business days for cancellation and refund processing: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 / Closed on weekends and public holidays. Cancellation requests made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day for cancellation fee application.

Golf courses generally continue to operate even in the rain.
In most cases, squalls are temporary, and play continues after taking shelter. Therefore, advance cancellation and green fee refunds due to rain are not available, unlike in Korea.
