【Accommodation Notice】Special Arrangements for Foreign Guests (Da Qaidam Section): According to national regulations, Da Qaidam is a closed area, and local hotels cannot accommodate foreign guests. If there are foreign tourists, accommodation will be arranged in local guesthouses (family-run hotels) for this section, with no refund for the price difference. The Northwest region is economically underdeveloped, and the overall hotel conditions (size, facilities, and services) are different from those of comparable hotels in inland areas. Due to the cool climate, local hotels generally do not have air conditioning.
【Weather Tips】Qinghai has very strong ultraviolet radiation and is rainy, so hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, and umbrellas are essential. The air in Qinghai is dry, so to boost your immunity, increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. Avoid excessive consumption of mutton to prevent internal heat. 【Northwest Customs】The area along the route is mostly inhabited by Muslims, with a strong religious atmosphere and a predominantly Muslim population. Please respect the customs and traditions of the local ethnic minorities during your trip. Due to historical and geographical factors, and the fact that most attractions are natural landscapes, the local people are generally straightforward and outspoken. 【Altitude Sickness】The altitude of the itinerary is generally between 2200-3000 meters. If altitude sickness occurs, contact the driver immediately. Avoid strenuous exercise, overeating, and excessive alcohol consumption. Drink plenty of water. 【Children's Standard Price Explanation】Children 0-1.2 meters (inclusive) only include the cost of a seat and tour guide service. Other costs are not included and must be borne by the child.

[Minors] Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a family member (except for those who cannot be accommodated or are restricted from being accommodated due to service limitations). Due to service limitations, we are unable to accept solo bookings from travelers under the age of 18. We appreciate your understanding.
[Patients, pregnant women and people with mobility impairments] To ensure a smooth journey, please have a medical check-up before departure. Due to limited service capacity, we cannot accommodate people with serious illnesses (such as infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, or those recovering from major or medium-sized surgeries) or pregnant women or people with mobility impairments.
[Scenic Area Voucher] You must present the original ID card, passport or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan that you filled in when booking to enter the scenic area; if you are unable to enter the scenic area due to not bringing the correct document or incorrect document, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred; if you have any discount documents, please inform us in advance when registering.
【Shopping Reminder】Shopping at shops in scenic areas and along the way is a voluntary activity. Please choose carefully and keep your invoices and certificates safe. Such shopping is not related to the travel agency.
【Other Reminders】You are not allowed to leave the tour group without permission during the trip. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all losses and consequences. If the trip is delayed or other expenses are incurred due to force majeure, please understand and bear the responsibility yourself. Once you join the tour, no refunds will be given for any reason for leaving or canceling the tour.
