1) The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.

2) A group can be formed with 1 or more people, and each group can have a maximum of 44 people.

3) Pricing rules: Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group)

4) The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.

5) We will depart as scheduled even if it rains.

6) The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons on the day. The decision rests with the organizer. The company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.

7) The peak season for autumn foliage is from mid-to-late October to early November. The condition of the leaves may vary depending on the weather. If the leaves are not in good condition on the day of departure, no refund will be given.

8) The schedule for viewing the autumn leaves is generally based on normal traffic conditions. However, in case of special traffic circumstances, the viewing time may be changed, and guests may not request compensation or refunds for this reason.

9) Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities to determine whether they are suitable to participate before considering any activities included in or offered during the tour.

In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unforeseen factors, the company's employees and related personnel shall only assume the obligation to provide full assistance. The company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the injured or deceased.

10) If the restaurant is temporarily closed, full, or other factors prevent you from dining there on the day of departure, you will be served another Korean lunch instead.

11) Each customer on a one-day tour will be given a bottle of drinking water.

12) A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!

13) Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and beverages, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. If you have special needs, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. We regret that we cannot accommodate all requests.

14) If there are children under 36 months old who do not occupy a seat in the group, the child's passport must be brought and presented to the attraction staff for age verification if necessary.

15) We will specially arrange to provide each guest with a complimentary selection of breakfast bread/cake (please understand that the quantity and variety of breakfast items are limited and cannot be selected).

16) The itinerary's sightseeing arrangements and return arrival times may be adjusted according to the traffic conditions on the day. Guests shall not request compensation or refunds for this reason.
