Meeting point description: There is no fixed meeting point. To access museums included in the pass, show the QR code from the app at the entrance of the selected museum. For public transport, use the transport QR code to access the public transport network and open the gates where required.

Download the Roma Pass app and enter the PNR code and nr. of TITOLO code you'll receive after booking to activate the digital Roma Pass within the app. You will see two QR codes: one static for museums/sites/experiences and one dynamic for transport, which requires an internet connection at the moment the pass is activated in the app
To use the museum pass, open the Museum ticket in the app to display the QR code and choose whether to use a prepaid entry or a reduced ticket; the first scan by the venue activates the Museum section and starts its validity period
To activate the public transport pass, you must click on the "Activate" button on the public transport ticket in the app, which starts its validity period. Remember to activate this pass just when on the spot and not before, but before to enter the tube
Multiple Roma Passes can be downloaded onto a single device, but the same Roma Pass cannot be downloaded onto two devices
The Roma Pass includes free use of guarded toilet facilities within the P.Stop network, and discounts on selected exhibitions, attractions, and partner services
Download the Roma Pass app to consult the list of all museums, archaeological sites, attractions, music events, major events, and tourist services affiliated with Roma Pass that offer discounts to Roma Pass holders
The local provider does not offer refunds for purchase errors or for passes that are unused or partially used for reasons not attributable to them, including strikes or partial museum closures. It is recommended to check the museum's opening days and hours in advance. Refunds are not provided in case of theft or loss of the device containing the digital Roma Pass, or for personal reasons
