Highland day tour with Edinburgh Tattoo admission

Take a stunning day tour of the Highlands, the land of forests, mountains, rivers and glens. You'll explore a local whisky distillery and sample a warming dram of single malt whisky before heading back to Edinburgh to discover the world-famous, Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

You'll leave the city behind and head into the Scottish countryside where you'll pass by the impressive Stirling Castle and take in views of the Wallace Monument before you reach the Highlands. You'll discover a local whisky distillery where you'll learn all about how Scotland's national drink, the 'water of life', is made and even sample a wee dram. After you've been warmed by the whisky, you'll explore a stretch of magical Perthshire forest, the Hermitage. Take a short woodland walk to see the Black Linn Falls on the River Braan and don't forget to look up at the giant Douglas firs that are among the tallest trees in Britain. You'll travel further south to Dunkeld where you'll check out the spectacular cathedral on the banks of the River Tay before returning to the capital past the inspiring Forth Bridges.
